Not Impressed : CHARLIE'S GRIND & GRILL

Yaaas! After years of bullying her to treat me the time has come, it finally happens. Haha!  We headed to Kapitolyo because it’s the most accessible food place from my former office. About five minutes of walking, I was quite intrigued about this burger joint behind a car wash named Charlie's Grind & Grill.

It was a good day for us because there are only few people dine in inside the restaurant. The place looks really cool and vibrant with all this colorful artsy wall which is a perfect backdrop for all of your OOTD and profile pictures.
Free Movie!!!
Whatcha Lookin Lyn? hahaha!
You can order your food at the counter, there’s a big menu signboard there. HAHA!
We ordered Bacon Wagyu Burger (P265), Black Angus Buger (P220), Jalapeno and Cheese Fries (P135) and Charlies Iced Tea (P50).
Jalapeno and Cheese Fries. It was quite a big serving, I like that they are generous about the cheese sauce but the jalapeno must be cut to smaller size. The fries is good, the taste was quite expected.
Black Angus Beef Burger. Lyn enjoyed this burger. It was juicy enough and the patty was delicious.
Bacon Wagyu Burger. Well first I was disappointed with the size of the burger, it was quite smaller than I expected it to be because it was quite pricey. Moving on, the bacon was the star of this dish. It was flavorful, tender and delicious, try to dip it with Aoli and it will be more awesome. The patty was slightly underseasoned, I will have the Angus Beef Patty and it will be a perfect burger.
Charlie’s Iced Tea. Good and refreshing. Typical house blend Iced Tea.
Ahm, Charlie’s Grind and Grill was a quite good experience. The place was perfect for hanging out with friends, the crew was accommodating. But the food was quite expensive for me and some of their dish did not deliver. Thank you Lyn for the burger treat!
