Starving : KUBYERTOS

Teresa, Rizal has been good for Foodies this year, there’s a few food establishment and cafĂ© opened and the good thing is we don’t have to travel to Antipolo City anymore to have a quick meal or a fancy dinner. We (me and my siblings) tried out this new food establishment named Kubyertos.

The place can accommodate 25-30 persons at least; it was actually a garage-restaurant set-up. The menu includes affordable dishes from sandwiches, appetizers, all-day breakfast, pastas, etc. and the estimated serving time is 15-20 minutes. We’re kind of disappointed that some of our orders were not available due to some of the ingredients are out of stock, in the end we ordered the available dishes.
Twister Fries (P60). We actually wanted to try their mojos but suddenly it was not available so we end up with this appetizer, which is fine because who doesn’t love TWISTER FRIES!! It was crunchy and seasoned well, good start for our dinner.
Tuna Carbonara (P80).  The pasta was creamy and it was a generous amount of serving. As for the taste, it was just okay, I chose the tuna because it was more healthy (Hehe!) but I think that the pasta needs to be cook a little bit longer (a least a minute) cause it's quite chewy. T(his meal comes with a glass of Iced Tea.)
Baked Macaroni (P80). Another pasta dish with a generous amount of serving, this was our favorite thing we ordered. Delicious, good cooked on the pasta, creamy sauce and the flavor comes together. Kudos! (This meal comes with a glass of Iced Tea.)
Beef Tapa (P75).  It comes with egg, fried rice and tomatoes in short TAPSILOG. Haha! This all-day breakfast dish was quite alright as for my sister, she just hoped for the food to be hot when they served. (This meal comes with a glass of Iced Tea.)
Cookies and Cream Freak Shakes (P100).  Visually it's quite gorgeous, Instagram worthy and a little bit worthy, so I’m kind if expecting a lot but this is the biggest let down of the night at least for me although I like all the toppings the shake itself tasted a powdered flavor drink that my sister always make, we ended up not finishing it.
I would say Kubyertos is a worth a try restaurant for all foodies especially to those who lived in Rizal area, the food has hit and misses but overall we enjoyed our quick dine in experience. I’m very much thankful to the owners for taking a risk of putting up a food establishment in Teresa and make our starving for good food less a hassle.
